A contract and deposit is required.
The rental fee includes:
- A set schedule of available hours for your event.
- A coordinator will be available to assist with your contract and facility access to ensure your event space is functioning properly.
- A listing of caterers is provided below.
- Only Equus Run wines may be used. Selected beers are also available ∙ Other liquor products may be provided under Kentucky ABC licensing by Saddlestone Distillery.
- Motorcoach and ADA parking is available in selected parking lots.
Fees may be subject to group discounts and use consideration and may vary due to seasonal changes and availability.
Because of the close proximity of surrounding thoroughbred farms and breeding operations, Equus Run observes a 9:30 pm outdoor amplified music ordinance. Event Planning will be under management discretion to comply with the ordinance and community regulations.
